Shoulder Range of Motion
Left Shoulder EXTENSION/FLEXION
INSTRUCTIONS:
With your arm stretched out in front of you, extend it as high above your head as possible then lower it, pushing it as far behind you as possible.
Left Shoulder ABDUCTION/ADDUCTION
INSTRUCTIONS:
With your arm at your side, extend your arm outward and upward as far away from your body as possible, then downward and inward crossing it as far in front of your body as possible.
Left shoulder ROTATION
INSTRUCTIONS:
With your arm bent at the elbow and tucked into your body in front of you, rotate your arm outward away from your body, then inward toward your body.
Right Shoulder EXTENSION/FLEXION
INSTRUCTIONS:
Standing up with your arm stretched out in front of you, extend it as high above your head as possible then lower it, pushing it as far behind you as possible
Right Shoulder ABDUCTION/ADDUCTION
INSTRUCTIONS:
With your arm at your side, extend your arm outward and upward as far away from your body as possible, then downward and across the front of your body as far as possible
Right shoulder ROTATION
INSTRUCTIONS:
With your arm bent at the elbow and tucked into your body in front of you, rotate your arm outward away from your body as far as possible, then inward toward your body
