**CAMERA needs to be parallel to the leg!**
FRAME WIDE Shoulder down Side of Patient
Sitting down cover back knee (R)
(1) starting with your foot on floor;
(2) Sit straight up, hands behind back, on the edge of chair;
(3) Kick LEFT foot as far up and as far back as possible;
(4) Rest foot on the ground.
Move as much as possible in each direction, repeat 3 times.
